View Experiences or Playlists from Teams

This article explains how to play an experience or playlist shared with you through a team.

1. Click Teams from the left-side panel.

 

2. Click on the team that you want to watch experiences from.

3. From within the Team you can watch individual Experiences or Playlists.

 

4. To watch a Playlist, click into the playlist.

5. Click into the individual Experience and click the Play button.

Note: Depending on the size of the Experience, it may take a few seconds to load. 

 6. The virtual classroom will open, and you will see the board with the Experience name (in blue fill) and any related assessment questions (in gray fill).

 

 7. From within the immersive classroom, click the play button from the bottom of the screen if you are using your desktop for viewing (First Person Mode).

8. When viewing experiences from the desktop, use the mouse and keyboard controls to move around the classroom and interact with any models.

Note: Using the “F” key to make the screen steady and then the right mouse key and the rollerball to get a good view of the experience is recommended.

9. When you have completed viewing the Experience, click into and answer the Assessment questions from the board.

10. Correct answers will display checkmarks and incorrect answers will show an X. If you answer incorrectly, you can continue to answer until you answer correctly.

11. When you have completed the experience, click to Exit, from the top left corner.
