1. From within the Enduvo desktop application, navigate to the top right corner of your screen and click "Create," located adjacent to your profile icon.
Note: You will see a "Loading Experience" window that will bring you into the immersive classroom for setup.
2. Provide a name for your experience, and optionally, you can upload a picture (thumbnail) by either dragging and dropping the image or browsing your computer to select one (*.png, *.jpg, *.jpeg). Add a description, category, and references/credits (optional). Click Save.
3. Select the Environments icon, from the top left of the screen. Then select an environment to create your Experience in.
4. Select the Assets icon, from the top left of the screen. Then upload Assets from your computer or other external sources—including 3D or animated models, graphics, videos, audio files, and PDFs - that you intend to incorporate into your Experience.

5. Set up your immersive classroom:
Drag and drop any assets, from your asset library, that you will use for your Experience, into the immersive classroom.
Rotate, resize, and set up the assets how you would like them to appear in the classroom.
First-Person Mode (FPM): Use the keyboard and mouse functions (shortcut menu located at the top center of the screen) to set up your assets in your immersive classroom. Use the "G" key, on your keyboard, to activate a Gizmo to help resize, rotate and align assets.
Head Mounted Device (HMD): Put your VR headset on and use your controllers to set up the assets in your immersive classroom.
6. Record your Experience:
First-Person Mode (FPM): Select the red Record Button at the bottom left of the screen to start recording your < 5-minute experience. Deselect the same button when you have completed your recording.
Press the save icon from the top of the screen to save the recording.
Head Mounted Device (HMD): With your VR controller, select the Record Button from within the immersive (VR) classroom to start recording your < 5-minute experience. Deselect the same button when you have completed your recording. Save your experience by selecting the Save (disk icon) with your controller.
7. Add Assessments to your Experience (optional):
When you save and exit your experience, you will receive a pop-up to add assessments.

8. Add Speaker Notes to your Experience (optional):
When you save and exit your experience, you will receive a pop-up to add Speaker Notes.
Select Speaker Notes and choose "Create Note" to insert notes or pointers for what you plan to discuss throughout your experience. Rest assured, these notes are exclusively accessible to you in your role as the instructor and remain invisible to the viewer during the playback.
Enter your Speaker Notes and click Create.
10. Click to Save and Enter the Immersive Classroom, located at the bottom of the screen.
