Release Update: April 2024
What’s New in this release?
Immersive Classroom (FPM)
-
- Say goodbye to the pre-immersive classroom environment! Now, when you choose to create an experience, you’ll be directly immersed in the experience. Environment setup and asset management happen seamlessly within the immersive classroom.
- Assessments and speaker notes will temporarily appear in the pop-up menu after exiting the immersive classroom.

-

Fixes/Improvements:
-
-
- Removal of Assessments Board: The Assessments board will no longer appear when no assessments have been created. This declutters the interface and provides a cleaner experience.
- Updating “View Assessment” Button: We’ve improved the user experience by renaming the button from “View Assessment” to “Edit Assessment.” This change reflects the fact that creators modify assessments, not just view them.
- Stay on Currently Selected Assessment After Saving: When saving changes in assessment mode, the system now ensures that you remain on the currently selected assessment. This prevents any unintentional “locking” of experiences and assets.
- Default Selection in Assessment Mode: Upon entering assessment mode, the first assessment is now automatically selected. This streamlines the workflow and reduces unnecessary clicks.
- Staying in Experience Mode After Saving: After clicking “Save,” you’ll stay in Experience mode. This ensures that assets remain accessible and not “locked.”
- Improved Scaling for Image and Video Assets: Image and video assets now scale correctly when expanded or minimized. No more disproportionate stretching!
- Loading Indicator for Lengthy Experiences: We’ve added a loading indicator to inform users when an experience is taking longer to load. Transparency matters!
- UI Enhancements for Playlist Notifications and Pop-ups: The user interface for playlist notifications and pop-ups has been refined for clarity and consistency.
- Updated Button States in VR: Button states for Playlist have been aligned with the intended UI design in VR. A seamless experience awaits!
